Congrats!



The South Carolina Poultry Federation wishes to congratulate Greg Lowery, our 2012 Grower of the Year and Dr. Dave Wicker, our 2012 Outstanding Service Award recipient.

Greg Lowery is a grower for Pilgrim's Pride and a DNR Conservation Officer. His tireless efforts to help those in his community, as well as his unwavering commitment to being a true steward of the land, earned him this year's honor of Grower of the Year.

Dr. Dave Wicker is employed by Fieldale Farms and is a South Carolina Poultry Federation board member. He is a true testament to what it means to be a friend, champion and advocate of our industry.  His heart, dedication and commitment to all of us, are immeasurable.

Congratulations again to Greg and Dave!

Run Tony Run



The SC Poultry Federation's Board of Directors met yesterday for its quarterly meeting and presented Tony Barwick, board member and 2 time former chairman, a check for his Senate run. Tony is the owner of Palmetto Pigeon Plant in Sumter, SC. As Senator, Tony would be a tremendous advocate for the poultry industry and all of agriculture. We wish him the best!
